Whether you’re exploring the city for just a few days or booking the place for several months, our newly renovated 60-square-meter city apartment combines bright design with modern comforts – you’ll feel right at home here from the very first moment. Entrance area & kitchen: Upon entering the apartment, you will find a bright entrance area with a modern fitted kitchen and a small breakfast table for your first coffee in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped – including dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker – everything you need for self-catering. Baths: Right next to the kitchen is the spacious bathroom with a window. It features a modern walk-in shower and offers plenty of space for a refreshing start to the day. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the entire apartment, including the bathroom. Living area & work space: The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living room. In the bedroom, there are electric blinds for completely darkening the room. For an undisturbed night’s sleep, the bedroom can be completely darkened thanks to electric blinds.
