My house is clean and quiet, a place to relax and get a good night's sleep. If you have forgotten anything, mostly likely I have some to share. Southern hospitality and charm. Breakfast in the morning. Local restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, 17 miles from Churchill Downs, and 12 miles to downtown. There are 3 bedrooms available plus home has 2 1/2 bathrooms. If you are traveling with friends or family members and need more bedrooms, I can open the additional listings for you to book. The space Traditional southern home, stairs to the second floor bedrooms. Comfortable and cozy; large trees in the back yard and lovely patio if the weather and time permit. Shared bathroom when other room is booked, and total of 3 bathrooms, which never seems to be a problem. A variety of foods are presented for breakfast. Guest access If the weather is nice, a large patio to relax outdoors, or a comfy sofa for watching TV in the living room. The bathroom will be shared, but only if another room is booked, and private if no other rooms are booked. Bathroom has amenities, is cleaned daily and abundant fresh clean towels each day.
