The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished, spacious rooms, all on the first floor of this property. - All rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, and a wardrobe. - 2 of the rooms on the first floor also feature an extra sofa bed. - One of the rooms has an attached balcony overlooking the verdant garden. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and one common bathroom on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - The common bathroom on the ground floor does not have shower facilities. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property. - With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people. - Adorned with chic-modern decor, this room offers amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi access, TV, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. - There is an airconditioned dining area that is a component of the living room and can seat up to 8 people comfortably. - The exteriors of this quaint villa boast a sprawling lush lawn that covers an area of about 10,000 sq.ft. - It has ample seating arrangements in the form of chairs and can seat up to 12 people. - Enjoy quiet strolls on the dewy green grass or play some outdoor games to your heart’s content on the lawn. - This property also features an outdoor shared oval-shaped pool, 15x30 sq. ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Guests can access the pool from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM. - This plush property also offers an open terrace with sufficient seating space. - Savour a scrumptious barbecue meal right under the starry sky while on the open terrace. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen to cook their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, water purifier, mixer and grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also provided. FOOD - Guests have access to the kitchen to cook their own meals. - Alternatively, they can order from the nearby eateries. The menus for these restaurants are provided at the property. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and the swimming pool. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games such as chess, carrom or ludo. Unwind in the outdoor shared pool and soak in the verdant hues this place has to offer. Stroll along the vast expanse of the green lawn or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. A night of stargazing is definitely on the cards owing to the open terrace. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - Please note that bachelors are not allowed to book the property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights for up to 8 hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi, Airtel, Jio and BSNL work fairly well here. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The accommodation is situated within a gated community, where access to the premises beyond its confines is restricted. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
