Are you ready to spend a beautiful time in the Mountains, close to a lake and yet be only 5 minutes away from town or less than an hour from one of the most popular world ski resorts, Park City? Please come and enjoy the views of wildlife deer, rabbits, mice; with the amenities of air conditioner, heater, TV, bathtubs while you bring your own BIG toys to either boat, four-wheel, fish, water ski, snowmobile or simply relax The space It has a loft that looks down to the main floor. Very open and large rooms. The basement apartment is rented to other guest. Guest access Every room is available, EXCEPT FOR THE BASEMENT APARTMENT, it’s rented to other guests. Other things to note THERE IS A PET DEPOSIT $200 PER PET AND PET RENT $25 DAILY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEED THREE DAYS NOTICE IN ORDER TO GET THE PLACE CLEAN!!! DISHES ARE PROVIDED AS A COURTESY. THERE IS A DISHWASHER AVAILABLE, WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT PREVIOUS GUEST DID THE DISHES THOROUGHLY. PERSONALLY, I CLEAN THE DISHES BEFORE I USE THEM. OUR CLEANING CREW WILL CLEAN TWO OR ONE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. HOWEVER, WE CAN'T CONTROL MOUSE DROPPINGS HERE AND THERE. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS AN ISSUE AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF IT FOR YOU RIGHT THERE AND THEN. THIS IS A WILDERNESS CABIN WITH OVER TWO ACRES OF LAND AND HENCE, WE HAVE WILD ANIMALS: CATS, DOGS, RABBITS, MICE, DEER, BIRDS, AND EVEN MOUSE. Please be aware that this is a vacation cabin and it is used regularly by ourselves, friends, family, and guests. We are happy to host you and appreciate your understanding that it is not a brand new place with brand new furniture. Hence, there will be cosmetic issues such as scratches, spots, or missing items due to regular wear and tear. We appreciated your understanding and agreeance to use our property with its cosmetic flaws.
