During your stay I will be available by phone or email for any questions or concerns prior to, during and after your stay. This is my family's vacation property. We will verify the availability for your chosen dates. 3. If the suite is available, we will approve you to reserve your dates and complete your payment. 4. We will contact the resort on your behalf to finalize the guest reservation using your name and email. Once completed, the reservation becomes exclusively yours. 5. Once the reservation is under your name, we can not make modifications. For any changes in travel details, you can reschedule directly with the resort, subject to availability. 6. Approximately 30 days before your trip, a pre-arrival concierge will contact you. You can coordinate transportation, book excursions, opt for all-inclusive meal plans, and make dinner reservations. All-Inclusive Option: (optional) 1. The all-inclusive package costs $155 per person per day, with a minimum 3-day requirement. Reduced rates are available for children. (There are promotions throughout the year for "Kids eat Free"), subject to availability. 2. Enjoy a 10% discount by pre-purchasing for 5 consecutive days. 3. All-inclusive meal plans are per room; if one guest opts for it, all guests in the room must do the same. Other Notes: 1. Scheduled resort activities and entertainment, basic internet service for unlimited devices, taxes, services, and gratuities are all included. 2. The resort does charge a small daily resort tax to all guests. 3. Onsite gratuity is not necessary but always very appreciated.
