It’s a beautiful two story house with 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, 2 living rooms, and a great view of Las Vegas. The house includes a pool and jacuzzi which is great for the summer and the winter. Jacuzzi is an extra 75 fee per day. While it takes about 25 minutes to get to the strip, we promise that when you will return to a quiet neighborhood. Out doors is spacious with a fire pit and an area for bbq( not include)Each room has a queen size bed and television equipped that is perfect for staying in. The space Coming through the gate the guests can expect a large space that con hold many cars for parking. Then through the front door, guests can expect 3 floors. Top floor leads to 3 bedrooms and a open space with a bed and desk. Middle floor is where the kitchen and living room is located, with the living room having a large comfortable couch and large flat tv. Same thing for the living room in the bottom. First floor has a room with 4 beds and an ac unit installed for that room and also has a tv. Back yard is also spacious with a place for grilling and fire pit available. However, we do not provide a grill for use nor are responsible for providing a propane tank. Also available is the pool and is gated to prevent kids from falling. Guest access The whole place is available for access. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside, only outside. If we find out that smoking inside has happened there will be a fee. There are five thermostat panels: one will be located by in the top floor by the bedrooms, the next one before going up the master bedroom by the stairs, the third one will be in the master bedroom, the fourth one will be going down the stairs by the kitchen area and turning to the left. The fifth one is in the bottom living room by the bar area. To turn it on push the menu option, then make sure to push select on the mode option. Then using the up down button on the right hand side select the cool or heat, the select again to finalize the mode. Then menu again, just using the up and down button change the temperature. Pool cleaner comes in every Thursday or Friday just in case heavy winds happen. Don’t take out the vacuum cleaner. No visitors allowed, only your number of guests. There will be fees if caught, 100 per person. Master bedroom tub is not available. Registration Details Exempt
