Our house is a piece of paradise, everyone is enchanted by our pool and incredible view of Prumirim Island. You will be very well received, we will take care that your stay has the greatest comfort, safety and fun. The house has everything you need to relax and feel good, and we're next to a lot of natural beauty! We're waiting for you! The space The apartment on the top floor of our rental module is complete! It is approximately 50 square meters. It contains a private bedroom and bathroom, TV room, dining room, kitchen (with utensils) and a large balcony overlooking Prumirim Island. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people (a double bed in the bedroom and a double futon sofa bed in the living room), with the option of a fifth person with an extra single mattress to be placed on the floor. The suite of our rental module has more than 15 square meters, a large and comfortable bathroom, a view of Prumirim Island and an outdoor area with a hammock. It comfortably accommodates up to 2 people, with the option of a third with an extra single mattress to be placed on the floor. We also have a full kitchen in the barbecue area that you can use. The pool, barbecue, parking and deck are shared areas between the other guests and our family. Our house is on the same land, and we have a cat that lives freely on the property and two dogs that stay in the patio/parking area. They are sociable with other animals, children and adults. We will be happy to welcome your pet(s) as well! We look forward to your visit! Ps.1: The suite and apartment do not have cable TV, but there is a smart TV to watch streaming services. Ps.2: The use of our gym is allowed only during a scheduled class with Coach and host Diego. Guests get 30% off! Ps.3: We offer bed and bath linens, except beach and pool towels.
