Relax and unwind in our bright downstairs apartment, conveniently located bordering Saratoga Spa State Park. Explore all Saratoga has to offer- short walk (3 minutes) to Museum of Dance, SPAC, Lincoln baths, grocery store, multiple restaurants and farmers’ market on Sundays. Short walk to downtown Broadway and Track (15-20 min). 30 min drive to West Mountain ski and 1 hr to Gore Mountain. Path to state park across from house- snow shoe, cross country ski or hike to the natural springs! The space We have a large comfy king size bed for you to relax in after a day soaking up all of Saratoga Springs or to stop by along your way to nearby Adirondack Park Ski/hiking areas. Couch in living area pulls out into a queen. Full bath and Kitchenette. You also have access to backyard where you frequently can hear concerts going on at SPAC with grill and fire pit. Pine trees line our backyard and street to give the feeling of being in the park while still inside the city! Guest access Access apartment through private entrance in back of house. Other things to note Family lives upstairs- but we try to be away during most if not all of your stay so that you can enjoy a relaxing get away. This is our home- not just a rental - we ask that you respect the space as your own home. Absolutely NO SMOKING in or outside of the apartment and no candles or large parties please.
