That Beach Shack - Tranquil Pool & Beach Getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Capturing the spirit of that classic beach shack, this bright & breezy open plan studio is set at the back of a lush and tranquil block. The studio opens up to a small courtyard with views directly over the in-ground salt water pool and the hundred year old fig tree. There is a second outdoor covered dining area which connects to the outdoor shower room and outdoor private toilet. That Beach Shack suits singles or couples for the perfect getaway. The space That Beach Shack includes a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric oven cooktop, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Basic pantry staples plus coffee, tea and milk. There is a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, a sofa and dining table. Linen, bath towel and beach towel provided. Guests have exclusive use of the in-ground salt water pool. Wifi access available. Air-Con is available in That Beach Shack. There is no television but loads of Art, Design & Photography books to browse plus lots of board games. Private outside toilet and shower room. Your private toilet and shower room are located just outside the shack’s front door and are connected by a covered walkway. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues - there are stairs to navigate. Toiletries not supplied so please bring your favourite shampoo and body wash. Quiet time after 10pm. LGBTQIA-Friendly Space. Strictly, no children under 12 allowed. Guest access Guests have their own private access through the left side gate. The studio is located at the bottom of the garden behind our house. We live in the main front red brick house and are happy to answer any questions or provide you with local secret tips. If you need anything, we’re close by. Other things to note Perched on Bundeena's Cabbage Tree Point That Beach Shack is a 90 second walk, down 88 steps, to a private shaded swimming spot on Simpson’s Bay. The view from Cabbage Tree Point Reserve is phenomenal. That Beach Shack is walking distance to 5 beaches - Bonnievale (3 mins) western end of Horderns (5 mins) Gunyah (12 mins) Jibbon (17 mins) & Deeban Spit (9 mins). Formerly the gardener’s quarter of historic Simpson’s Cottage, this comfortable studio accommodation is a rarity in Bundeena as most places are whole houses that cater to larger groups.
