The house on the ground floor is composed of a large living space (70 m2), with large living room (pool view), wood stove, 151 cm TV screen, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet - Floor: 4 bedrooms including 3 with double beds (1 king size), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, toilet, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival (sheets, covers, pillowcases) - NB: Shower towels provided, excluding bath towels for the pool. The cleaning package includes, on arrival, the complete cleaning of the house, the pool and its maintenance, as well as the terrace and sunbathing, and exit cleaning (please leave in good condition however). Large wooded park next door, private access 50 m away: tropical greenhouses, walks, 6 free tennis courts (rackets available at home), soccer fields, handball, basketball, petanque, large children's play area (slides...) The neighborhood is very quiet, please respect the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, and respect the cleanliness of the house, even if the package includes the cleaning upon departure as well. This is the house where I live, I leave the entire accommodation, except for one room (not mentioned in the listing), there may be some clothes left in the cupboards (Airbnb spirit, it's not a professional rental), but there is still a lot of space available.
