Conveniently situated in the Woodbridge area, you’re just a 7-minute drive from Starbucks and a 1-minute drive from a water park, McDonald's, and Giant grocery store. The space My home was recently renovated from top to bottom. It has a fresh, pristine charm adorned with elegant modern décor and plenty of natural light. The house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a spacious backyard. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a beautiful fireplace in the foyer. They have access to a stunning living area that leads directly to their private bedroom with full bath. I live on the upper floor while renting out the ground floor on Airbnb, ensuring guests enjoy the privacy they desire. I take great care to maintain a serene and organized space. I kindly ask that all future guests respect and care for my home as they would their own. Guest access Besides having unlimited access to a private room and full bathroom, my guest can use the walking closet, wall plugs, ironing board, iron, hangers, laundry basket, washer, and dryer. Please note $6 per load for the washer and dryer. This includes washing detergent. During your stay I’m friendly, but I like to give guests their space.
