This recently renovated single family home is a 3 bedroom, 3 Full baths just one block from the beach! It is 1400 square feet, has 2 TV's, linens and towels are provided. There is a new washer/dryer, beach chairs and Boogie boards. Ample parking for 4-6 cars. Outside has a picnic table and BBQ. The home sleeps 8, pets are welcome, (subject to breed and weight approval). We have other properties in Surfside beach and can honestly say it is a wonderful place to vacation! First bedroom has King bed, sleeps 2 , Second has a Queen bed sleeps 2 , Third bedroom has a full bed over a Twin bed. Sleeps 3 . The living Room has a Queen sleeper sofa , sleeps 2 all of it! approved pets are a $100 per pet fee all renters must be at least 25 years old no cats allowed golf carts may incur additional fee sheets and towels are provided and included in cleaning fee
