Nice & Cozy 2BR GA condo unit centrally located

**Renovated last Oct 2019 Well-Maintained** Our bldg is GA TOWER 1 condo, right beside Boni-EDSA MRT train station. Near SM Light Mall, Robinsons, Boni Ave, Shangri-La Mall, SM Megamall, Guadalupe. Loft level has the masters BR with queen bed, then 1 guest room at lower level with 1 double deck bed and an extra floor mattress. Sofa can sleep 1 more guest. 1 MONTH MIN STAY. Condo was a 3 room unit but we combined 2 rooms at the loft to be a master's bedroom with queen bed. The other single room is the guest room with a double decker bed and a floor mat. Then one person can use the sofa. Addtl floor mat is per request for addtl fee. Aircon from the guest room is also used to cool the entire lower level. Unit is fully furnished and already available. GA TOWER 1 condominium Parking is not available with the unit but paid parking is available around the area. Also some free parking may be available infront of the bldg but first come first serve. May need to talk to the building guards. *** Renovated recently only last October 2019 to upgrade the unit from previous feedback from guests*** Guest access Swimming Pool at 2nd floor. At times you can access the roof deck. Parking at basement level if you reserved one with the building admin office if not pay parking around the area or malls. Other things to note Standard check-in times starts at 2pm. We allow check-ins after 10pm also and we just need to coordinate. For check-ins between 10pm to 7am the next day, we will require $7 or P350 pesos to be paid directly to our staff who will check you in for their overtime pay as this is outside of their planned working schedules. For extra person, please inquire with us. We will also require copies of two valid government issued IDs to be sent to us via our airbnb mailbox as it is needed by the condominium admin for registration prior to check-in. We will send you instructions also once booking is confirmed. Due to covid-19 pandemic, condo admin requires health certificate with negative test result with copies of 2 valid IDs or school ID for children.
