Private room perfect for 2 in Historic Home.

Our home was built in 1907 and we have filled it with lots of fun, unique antiques! Our home is just blocks from downtown Erie. Close to lots of amenities and attractions. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends. The space All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a shared bathroom upstairs as well as a half bath in the main entryway. This room features a double bed, air conditioner(April-Oct), and a wall mounted tv. We do live here. This is not a listing for the entire house. Guest access Guests are welcome to hang out and drink their coffee on our front porch or back patio area. During your stay You are NOT renting out the entire house. Just the single room. We do live here. So there is some interaction. We like to give guests their space! Our home is open to yours! We make check in easy for guests by providing a code to the door in case we aren’t home. We are here to help if you need suggestions for dinner, activities to do while in the area, or anything else. Other things to note We love to open our home to new friends! Over the past year we have hosted lots of guests from all over the world! **Please be aware of the even/odd parking schedule on the street if parking there during your stay.
