Our home was built in 1907 and we have filled it with lots of fun, unique antiques! Our home is just blocks from downtown Erie. Close to lots of amenities and attractions. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a shared bathroom upstairs as well as a half bath in the main entryway. This room features a double bed, air conditioner(April-Oct), and a wall mounted tv. We do live here. This is not a listing for the entire house. Guests are welcome to hang out and drink their coffee on our front porch or back patio area. You are NOT renting out the entire house. Just the single room. We do live here. So there is some interaction. We like to give guests their space! Our home is open to yours! We make check in easy for guests by providing a code to the door in case we aren’t home. We are here to help if you need suggestions for dinner, activities to do while in the area, or anything else. Our home is close to downtown, 6 blocks. When walking there, go down to 6th st! It’s known as Millionaires row and features some great old homes in Erie! We are also within 10 mins of beautiful Presque Isle State park where you can find beaches, kayaking, bike trails, amazing sunsets, and more! We are only a few miles from Erie’s Millcreek mall and other shopping. We are 10 mins from the airport as well. Easy on and off access to I79. There is free on street parking on our one way street. **Please make sure to read the signs for the odd/even and no day parking. Erie has a public bus transportation as well as the ability to use Uber and Lyft. We love to open our home to new friends! Over the past year we have hosted lots of guests from all over the world! **Please be aware of the even/odd parking schedule on the street if parking there during your stay.
