This house is located in a small village, Route des Cèdres in St Clair 07430. 106 m2 house consisting of 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen open to a large living/dining room, sheltered terrace, garage, all on a 1200 m2 vegetated plot. The Space: We specify that bath towels, as well as duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillowcases are provided. We do not provide breakfasts, lunches or dinners, but we do provide you with all the equipment that a kitchen can offer (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, a Senseo coffee maker as well as pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls) We'll provide you with tea, herbal tea and some Senseo pods. Any breakage or damage will be charged and will incur the responsibility of the renter Guest access We are 16 km from the Chanas highway toll. Our house is less than 1 km from St Clair Golf Course, less than 3 km from Peaugres Safari. Less than 2 km from the Via Fluvia, close to a municipal swimming pool with spa, equestrian center. We have a super karting open all year round, a playground and a mini golf within 6 km. 34 km from the Valrhona chocolate city in Tain-l'Hermitage and the ancestral Mastrou train (historic Vivarais railway line). We are 35 km from the Facteur Cheval in Hauterives. You can also visit the famous wine cellars (Condrieu, Côtes-rôtie and Côtes-du-Rhône, the Musée de l'Alambic is 13 km from our home). You can also organize a hot air balloon flight to fly over our beautiful region which is the birthplace of the two Montgolfier brothers. Other things to note We do not allow pets and the accommodation is non-smoking. We wanted to make it clear that parties and celebrations of any kind are prohibited in our accommodation.
