The space This beautiful countryside house, perfectly soundproofed from noise, offers the ideal retreat to enjoy days of relaxation and tranquility. The property includes a small independent dwelling where the owners live, with whom you'll share use of the pool. BUT DON'T WORRY! They're very respectful and never use it while guests are enjoying it. They always make sure to swim during times when nobody's around or when you're out exploring. The house features two spacious double bedrooms and a bright sunroom with lovely garden views, where you can relax by the cozy wood-burning stove in winter or cool off with air conditioning during summer months. The outdoor area is a true oasis of peace, with a large pergola housing a barbecue area - perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors under the typical Valencian sun. For your convenience, the house has private parking right at the entrance. A welcoming rural space that combines countryside tranquility with all the comforts for a perfect stay 🌿 Guest access The house is attached to the owners' dwelling, but each home has its own private garden. The pool is shared with them, though in practice it's almost exclusively for guests' use, as the owners make every effort to fully respect their guests' privacy and don't interfere at all with their stay. They're kind and respectful people! 🤗 The property is home to 3 free-roaming chickens, 2 turkeys, and 2 adorable turkey chicks who wander freely through the garden, adding life and charm to the landscape. With their vibrant plumage and curious personalities, they've become the photogenic stars of the place – no visitor can resist snapping a picture of them! 📸 While we try to keep them in their designated area, these cheeky little adventurers sometimes escape to explore near the house. They're utterly delightful! Feel free to enjoy their company, but please don't feed them – they already have their gourmet menu prepared! 🐓🦚 Other things to note In accordance with the regulations in force in the Valencian Community, Decree Law 9/2024, all stays of more than 10 nights require the signing of a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. In addition, a deposit of 150€ must be paid. This will be returned in full at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules are complied with. This procedure is a legal and administrative requirement to ensure compliance with local regulations. It does not represent any change to the conditions previously agreed to in your booking.
