Dear guests, welcome to Munich - Old Town! Our vacation rental with more than 160 square metres is located in the heart of Munich Old Town. Besides a large living room, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 dining area, 1 foosball room, 1.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We offer the following amenities: - High quality hygiene products from Rituals®. - Professional cleaning and delivery of our bedding by hotel laundry service - Families are welcome (free baby crib and high chair on request) The space Overview apartment: Bedroom #1: Two box spring beds and a sofa bed with a slat frame Bedroom #2: Two box spring beds Bedroom #3: Two box spring beds and one sofa bed with a slat frame Living room: Living area with two additional sofa beds and a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. Dining room: Large dining area connected to the living room Foosball room: Separate room with a foosball table Bathroom #1: Bathtub with shower enclosure, toilet and sink Bathroom #2: Additional toilet and sink Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen Guest access Parking: We are located in the middle of Munich's old town and unfortunately do not offer private parking. You can park in the blue marked spots on the side of the street in Munich's old town. Parking costs 2,50€ per hour before 7pm and after 7pm 1€ per hour. From 11 pm to 8 am parking is free of charge. Likewise on Sundays and public holidays. From 5 pm on weekdays you can park for 9€ until the next morning at 8 am. We recommend to park your car in a parking garage. The closest parking garage is the Parkgarage Rieger City in Frauenstr. 38, Munich, 300 meters away from the apartment. 24 hours parking costs about 30€. A cheaper option is the Isarparkhaus in Baaderstrasse 6, Munich. 24 hours parking costs 18€ there. This is 500 meters away from the apartment.
