The space Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, including one with a flexible zip-link bed that can be set up as a twin or a king, along with a modern family bathroom. Equipped with all the essentials, the home provides comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen to make your stay feel effortless. Pets are warmly welcomed, and there is ample on-street parking available. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.
