This home features beautiful polished Jarrah flooring and an updated fully equipped kitchen with stunning stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher included. The spacious backyard is perfect for family entertaining. The quiet front end of the house presents with a master bedroom and ensuite, next to the second bedroom. The main bathroom, plus bedrooms three and four, surround the open plan living area that overlooks the kitchen, dining, and casual living space. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. _________________ 100% Cleanliness Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If at the end of your stay, you are genuinely not 100% satisfied with your experience we will give you one night's accommodation free for your next booking. _________________ We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. The property is keyless and we will provide you with the code before check-in. Check in is at any time after 3pm. _________________ All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required. We look forward to hosting you! This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed. An additional fully refundable bond of $250 will be charged per pet when pets stay. Dogs and cats up to 10kg are allowed inside the house. Any pets over this weight must stay in the courtyard outside. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
