Coach House with lakeside Hot Tub, Toddington Park

Enjoy a unique country stay in a beautifully converted coach house on a 30 acre estate. Our lakeside fire pit & wood-fired hot tub are just a short walk from the property. Please see the map in the photos for exact location. We are close to many local attractions: - Bletchley Park - Woburn Safari Park - Whipsnade Zoo For rainy days there's Netflix & good old fashioned board games. As this is a private home, visitors are not allowed during your stay. Unfortunately we don't allow dogs. The space Built in 1885 as a coach house and stable block to Toddington Park House, the Coach House was converted into accommodation for the Women's Land Army in WWII (you can still see some of their names inscribed into the beams). The historic property has been fully renovated with underfloor heating and walk-in showers. Open plan living/dining room, two ground floor bedrooms (one with en-suite), shower room and a snug/third bedroom in the old grooms loft (with sofa bed). Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy white cotton towels are provided. Stroll around our lake, picnic in the woods, sit in the park or spend an evening by the fire pit. Whether a family holiday, romantic weekend or some time out to explore the countryside, there's lots to do and explore including local attractions such as Woburn Safari Park, Paris House restaurant, Whipsnade Zoo and Milton Keynes SnoZone, theatre, bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Free high speed internet and Netflix for those rainy days when you don't want to venture out. The Coach House is close to the main Grade II listed house. The lake and hot tub are a short walk from the Coach House. Guest access A public footpath from the estate leads into the village where there are several shops, takeaways, petrol and a pharmacy. London Kings Cross is 40 mins away by train from Harlington station (trains every half hour). Other things to note The Coach House has one large step to the front door. Access to the snug/third bedroom is up a steep, narrow staircase with a handrail. We have two very friendly Labradors who may be loose around the estate at times. There will be two double beds made up unless you book for 5 of more people. If you would like three double beds made up but have fewer than 5 people you will still need to book for 5 people.
