Entire house has recently been updated and remodeled. Close to Gulf Beaches, Sanibel/Captiva, Ft Myers Beach, and Downtown Ft. Myers. Short drive to the charming Matlacha, SunSplash Family Water Park, Edison Ford Winter Estates and JetBlue park, spring training stadium for Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins. Always something fun to do! The space Perfect for a romantic couples getaway, golf outings, parents weekend for college students (FGCU). Or just an Oasis to escape the daily grind. Bedroom 1- King bedroom with full bath on-suite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2-Queen bedroom with your own bath with shower/tub. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with wifi and smart TV. Finished lanai and large patio (screen cage was our only Ian casualty- plans to expand the patio with larger cage in the works) Deck on the canal for fishing or enjoying the sunset. Relax on the hammock and take in a sunset. Full washer and dryer. Driveway parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, which includes 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen, 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a tub shower combo. Fully stocked kitchen. Relax in either the living room or furnished lanai, while taking in the picturesque water views. Or hang out on the back patio, enjoy a little fishing, grilling, while enjoying a colorful sunset. Other things to note Cape Oasis is set on an intersecting fresh water canal. The water views are spectacular, second only to the nightly sunsets. We have bass, carp, blue gills, peacock cichlids and catfish that you’re welcome to catch and release. You don’t need a fishing license to fish on the property but will if you fish elsewhere. We have never seen a gator in the canal but have seen otters, osprey, pelicans and many other tropical birds and wildlife.
