On the banks of the beautiful Trinity River, our tiny-home cottage is well-appointed for comfort and elegance. Sleeps up to five guests (adult & children & only 4 adults recommended) and features a combination living/dining area, a kitchen, a private bedroom, a loft sleeping area, full bath and deck area. The space Explore this tiny home space of 400 sq. ft. with a commanding view of the Trinity River! The living and dining areas are nicely furnished and features a sleeper sofa. The private bedroom has a queen-size bed with reading lights and a hanging closet. The sleeping loft can sleep two adults on the comfy queen bed, yet kids love it. The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, coffee maker, basic cookware and place settings, as well as a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Complementary Strawhouse organic coffee is also included upon request. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub/shower. BBQ is available for outside dining pleasure. Please bring charcoal briquets if you'd like to use it. Guest access Cottage is complimented by a large, furnished private deck area with a picturesque view of the Trinity River. Deck gets more afternoon sun. Guests also have private access to the relaxing lawn and river areas. If they choose to, guests can also take advantage of our full-service on-site restaurant where everything is made fresh with organic ingredients whenever possible. Arrangements for private dinners are available by reservation only. Please contact host if you are interested in reserving a private dinner. Other things to note If you like the great outdoors, then this is a place for you! If you like to relax in cozy surroundings, this is your spot! Surrounded by lush forest land and the Trinity River in our backyard you will find there is plenty of outdoor fun to be had: White Water Rafting, Fly Fishing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Hiking, Bird Watching, Photography, Biking – both on and off road, Hunting, and History Exploring. There is something for everyone!
