Pointe Santo A33 - Extra Space with Den!

ESCAPE TO SANIBEL! A33 is a lovely condo that features direct gulf water views from almost every room and sweeping views from the screened lanai. A33 is very unusually spacious for Pointe Santo with a den for additional relaxation space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people; perfect for families and couples! Pointe Santo de Sanibel offers 600 feet of pristine beachfront and a beautiful pool. A33 has a new kitchen completed in 2025. You will enjoy cooking in this kitchen! The space We know our guests need comfort. That starts with comfortable beds and well appointed bedrooms. There are many places to relax: in the den, living room, kitchen or the lanai. We know it's important to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating in. We even include a Kuerig coffee maker to make delicious coffee quickly! The condo has 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & a 2 pull-out sleeper sofas (sleeps 6 total). The master suite has it's own view of the ocean and includes a two-room bathroom suite with double sinks. The second bath is immediately next to the second bedroom and has an alcove for the washer/dryer. We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels and dish towels. In the kitchen, you will find paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and coffee pods. We have many repeat guests, some who have been coming every year for years! Pointe Santo has a lovely sandy beach is steps away with unsurpassed shelling and swimming in the warm gulf waters. Within the Pointe Santo complex, wwim in the heated pool, enjoy the whirlpool spa or play a few rounds of tennis or new pickleball courts! There are children's programs to keep the kids entertained. Please note that the expected rental is a Saturday to Saturday week long rental. Shorter stays (last minute) may be available upon request. Other things to note Pointe Santo provides everything you need for outdoor activities including loungers on the beach and by the pool, BBQ grills and tiki huts to dine under, and rackets/paddles for the courts. In addition the condo has folding chairs and other beach items for your personal use.
