My apartment is located in Copacabana, in a region called Bairro Peixoto, a residential, tree-lined sub-neighborhood with squares, markets, and other amenities. From the door of my apartment to Copacabana beach, it's only a 10-minute walk. The apartment is renovated and very well equipped for short or long stays. I have been a resident of the neighborhood since birth, so I can provide tips and information about the area. The space The apartment is divided into a living room, bedroom, a small room (office + sofa bed), bathroom, outdoor area, and kitchen. All spaces are decorated and have good infrastructure. The apartment is very quiet. The building is old, small, with only 3 floors, making it a cozy and family-friendly space Guest access To access, there is a main gate that opens with a key, and the apartment door, which has a password.
