Beautiful apartment, modern and fully equipped. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room. Internet with Wi-Fi connection, Neftlix. Beach towels, bath towels, bed linen are provided. BBQ, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The main room has a private bathroom and a King bed. The other two bedrooms share a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. It has A/C in all rooms and living room. The space The apartment is on a SECOND LEVEL is modern, cozy and spacious. It overlooks one of the playgrounds and one of the resort's 5 swimming pools. It's right in the middle of the complex. All rooms come with air conditioners, just like the living room. Guest access Only registered guests can have full access to the use and enjoyment of aquatika's facilities and services. Guests are NOT allowed to receive visitors. Aquatika management requires the use of Resort style wristbands. These bracelets have an ADDITIONAL COST of $10.00 per person/Guest, included in the price of lodging. These bracelets must be used at all times, in this way security can identify guests and owners. The full name of each guest and vehicle information will be requested 7 days in advance. This list cannot be changed after it is sent to the administration. You will have access to the entire apartment except the closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note We provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include body wash, and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
