This charming studio can sleep up to 3 ppl & is only a 12min walk to Maxwell Beach & 6min drive to St Lawrence Gap & Oistins nightlife & shopping. It features a kitchenette, AC, Fan, TV, full bed, twin day bed, pull-out twin trundle bed, bathroom, + a private outdoor dining patio w/ OCEANVIEW & BBQ. There is WiFi throughout and shared access to the pool & decks. **THIS APARTMENT IS VERY TINY!** The space The property offers a communal pool with kids water slide, easy walking access to white sand beaches and night life. Guests have use of all public amenities on site which include the pool, BBQ grill and decks. Other things to note Important Things to Know Before Booking Please read carefully to ensure Paradise Point is the right fit for you. 1. Compact Apartment This apartment is very small and cozy. Please review the floor plan in the photos. If you feel you need more space, we recommend booking a larger unit. 2. Cliffside Property & Stairs Paradise Point is built into the Maxwell Hill cliff front and spans five levels, offering amazing ocean views, but it also means lots of stairs. Apt 3A is on Level 3: 2 flights down from the top entrance, 3 flights up from the bottom entrance Not suitable for guests with mobility issues 3. Budget-Friendly Furnishings Our property is clean, modern, and central, but it is budget-friendly: Metal bed frames with memory foam or spring hybrid mattresses (may squeak with heavy movement) Budget linens, towels, and locally sourced pillows Kitchen items from affordable retailers Everything is clean and functional, just not luxury. 4. Air Conditioning We use wall-mounted window AC units: Not as quiet or powerful as split/central systems AC should only be used while physically present in the apartment Units are not pre-cooled before check-in due to high energy costs 5. Flooring This apartment has sealed concrete floors No tile or carpet Floors have natural imperfections; if you prefer tiled/carpeted floors, this property may not be suitable 6. Hot Water We use eco-friendly solar-powered water heaters. Hot water may not get very hot on cloudy or rainy days 7. Interior Finishes Knotty pine doors are painted white, but the wood grain may still show Stainless steel appliances may have some rust Some mirrors, fixtures, and furniture may naturally show rust or weathering Outdoor furniture may develop light mildew due to tropical humidity 8. Renovations & Noise Interior renovations may occur on Levels 4 & 5 Possible noise Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm We make every effort to minimize disruption 9. Shared Spaces & Visitors Your booking includes full property access for the registered guests + 2 free visitors Additional options (availability permitting): Visitor Pass: $25 USD/person Poolside Cabana: $300 USD (up to 30 people) Rooftop Deck: $150 USD (up to 15 people) 10. Linens & Towels We provide bed sheets and bath towels only Towels are budget-friendly quick-dry microfiber No beach/pool towels or blankets 11. Phone & Connectivity No landlines Guests should use roaming, a local SIM, or Wi-Fi calling apps We only have Smart TVs with streaming apps. TVs do not have cable. If you desire to use any other streaming platform please log in with your own account. You are required to change the language back to English to avoid a fee. 12. Pool, Cabana & Rooftop Events Shared amenities may occasionally be rented for private events: Typically 4–6 hours Must end by 10pm Spaces closed to guests during events Guests notified in advance 13. Self-Service Property Self-check-in, self-service Access via electronic codes Monitored by video surveillance for safety 14. Tropical Wildlife Expect to see monkeys, lizards, birds, frogs, crickets, rain flies, mosquitoes, Christmas worms, and our friendly cat Ginger. 17. Utility Outages Occasional island-wide outages may occur, especially during hurricane season Our central location generally allows for faster restoration No backup generators, water/gas tanks, or satellite internet 18. Laundry Room Available at your own risk Inspect machines before use and use your own detergent We are not responsible for damaged clothing 19. Pillows Some apartments use locally sourced chipped-foam pillows, which may feel firmer than what you’re used to 20. Food Items We do not provide open consumables (tea, sugar, coffee) due to Ministry of Health regulations 21. Kitchens & Appliances Some stoves require a lighter or match to ignite 22. Access Panels Some hallway closet ceilings may have small exposed screws or unfinished drywall These are intentional plumbing access points 23.
