This adorable pool house is light and airy with plenty of room for 4. There’s a king size bed, queen pullout sofa, dining area, efficiency kitchen perfect for light cooking, oversized closet and a newly remodeled bathroom. Guests have private entrance with small yard and patio of their own, and are encouraged to use the pool and backyard anytime, which we enjoy along with our sweet dogs, Frog and Bella. 3 miles from beach and downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping centers within 1.5 miles. The space The space is a newly renovated garage with a rustic beach vibe. We have a great pool with a large deck and comfy chaise lounges. The house is centrally located, 3 miles from the beach and 3 miles from downtown St. Pete. Guests have a private entrance with their own yard with a small deck. There is a smart tv with basic cable plus ESPN, HGTV, Comedy Channel, FX, as well as Prime Video, Netflix, Showtime and Hulu. A kitchenette is stocked with the basics and perfect for light cooking. Everything you need for a wonderful getaway is right here! Amazing restaurants as close as .5 miles away, the most beautiful beaches in the country 3 miles west and a vibrant waterfront downtown 3 miles east. Come see for yourself! Guest access Guests are encouraged to enjoy our large deck and beautiful pool located in the backyard. You might occasionally run into us and/or our dogs but feel free to use everything as your own. The washer and dryer are in an adjoining shed to the guest house and are welcome to use anytime. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT! Please read all of this carefully! You will need to park in a relatively small space in order to park by your private entrance. If you are not comfortable parking there you’re welcome to park in our driveway or one house down on 72nd St. Just let us know and we’ll give you the details. If your car is hanging into the alley even a FEW INCHES, you will face BEING TOWED and we will have to pay a huge fine (hundreds of dollars). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT and if you are not comfortable with it, then another AirBnB may be more suitable for you. Also, the guest house is located behind our house, only accessible through an alleyway that runs behind it. I provide very specific directions, but if you’re not comfortable with using alleyways and not having an actual GPS location that leads you to the front door, you might not want to book with us. We just want our guests to arrive unfrazzled and with minimal stress! This is an older, lived-in property! We take great pride in it and clean meticulously between guests but things will not be pristine and newly renovated like upscale hotels. We do have 2 very friendly dogs, Bella and Frog, who spend some time in the back yard. They love people and have become accustomed to newcomers, so you are welcome to access the pool and laundry facilities anytime. They may bark a little but that’s just their way of letting us know you’re here. We have coolers and boogie boards that you’re welcome to borrow. The air conditioner is a window unit. It cools wonderfully and is quiet unit, but it isn’t silent like central air.
