The space We love nature, so we brought a little touch of the outdoors inside this 25sqm penthouse unit located on the 23rd floor of Cityland's Tagaytay Prime Residences along Tagaytay-Calamba Road in Tagaytay City. This rustic nook features a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to three people. Preferred occupancy is a maximum of four guests. The place is also fully-equipped to complement your other travel needs: Kitchenette - dinnerware, cutleries, room refrigerator, microwave, small rice cooker 50" Smart tv Window-type air conditioning, ceiling fan and floor fan Bath area has a glass enclosure with overhead water heater; toilet has granite counter-top with vessel-type sink Outdoor seating for 2 is available at the balcony with partial view of Taal Volcano Closet with hangers Towels and beddings Guest access Guests have access to the following building amenities: * Lobby - Ground level with 24-hr security and receptionist available * Pool - 3rd level; open 6am-10pm daily except Thursdays for maintenance cleaning * Commercial area - 3rd level * Toddler Room - 3rd level adjacent to swimming pool * Roofdeck - 360-degree viewing deck and jogging path; seating area with benches * Parking Garage - entrance at the back (60php on weekdays and 80php per entry on weekends); first-come-first-serve basis only (adjacent parking lots are available outside the building) * 6 High-speed Elevators * Garbage Chute on each floor next to exit door close to the elevators Other things to note Check-out is by 12nn and we usually collect the keys around that time. If you need to check-out earlier or later, you can just leave the key inside the lockbox by the door. Any unreported damage or missing items will be elevated to Airbnb and can be charged against your credit card. Please advise us of any early check-in or late check out to avoid any inconvenience to other guests. Your request shall also depend on the unit's occupancy rate. To help keep things eco-friendly and personalized, we ask guests to bring their own toiletries. We provide fresh towels and linens. Other special requests for birthday or anniversary setups can be arranged for a special price with our unit coordinator. Lastly, no pets, cooking or smoking allowed inside the unit.
