Full disclosure: the entrance isn’t picture-perfect, but inside you’ll find a fresh, private beach retreat. Other things to note We don’t charge extra for electricity, unlike many nearby apartments that add daily usage fees (typically $4/day in cooler months and $7/day in warmer ones). The A/C units cool the studio quickly—please turn them off when you’re out to help us conserve energy. While some residents have pets, the condo’s new rule doesn’t allow guests to bring animals.
