Cozy Creative Escape in the Heart of Powderhorn!

This is a sweet, cozy room for one just 2 blocks from Midtown Global Market and Powderhorn Park. Guests have access to open common areas downstairs including the living room, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Coffee and tea are provided. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs you can share our art/meditation space and we also have art supplies for you to enjoy if you’d like! The space Our house is in the heart of the Powderhorn neighborhood, close to downtown and local attractions. We are 2 blocks from the vibrant Midtown Global Market with a variety of fun places to eat, shop and enjoy live music. Powderhorn Park is also only a couple blocks away where there are many different events throughout the year including the May Day Parade and movies in the park in the summer. The park is also a wonderful place to go for a walk where a little nature meets the city. Guest access Guests have access to open common areas downstairs including the living room, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. There's also a shared balcony upstairs, and outside front and back yards when weather permits! During your stay We love meeting new people and socializing as well as helping with ideas for guests to our city! We can be as involved and social (or not) as you prefer! Large common areas make being social easy, but the bedrooms are big enough to offer you a quiet haven if you prefer.
