Other things to note The nearest paid parking is the "VIEUX MARCHE" underground parking located 50 meters away. Parking on the streets of Rouen is paid and limited to 2 hours. However, it is free at night from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays. You can park for free at the Boulingrin parking lot (be careful on Thursday, market day) and reach the apartment on foot in 20/25 minutes or by BUS in 8 minutes: depart from the T4 line parking lot (it is a very regular line) – get off at the Vieux Marché stop.
