The space Beautiful Villa across the street from the beach in Surfside, FL. The Villa is next to the Four Seasons SurfClub Hotel where you can enjoy excellent dining or beach service is needed. Otherwise take our chairs and umbrella and walk a few steps to the beach. You can walk to Bal Harbour Shops and Downtown Surfside to enjoy upscale shops and restaurants. The Villa is close enough to worldwide known South Beach, a short drive or bicycle ride away. The Villa has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and an open terrace on the third floor. You get partial beach views from the master bedroom and from the open terrace. A small patio is perfect for a bbq after the beach or at nights. This Villa was recently remodeled and has all luxuries and amenities of an upscale resort. Please note that a minimum of 90 days is required due to local regulations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Villa, patio and have 1 parking space in front of the property suitable for a car or SUV. Other things to note The house has an access entryway on the side through the patio. This entryway leads you directly to the back of the house where there is a shower. This is for when you come back from the beach, so you don't get the interior of the house wet. At the patio you can also enjoy the bbq or just hanging out.
