This centrally-located two-bedroom, one-bath home is perfect for business travel or small groups and has easy access to all of Indy’s hotspots. This location is hard to beat! A 10-minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium, 1.1 miles to the Convention Center, 1.4 miles to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and 1.9 miles from Mass Ave. In Indy's up and coming neighborhood, this original 1900's home has been remodeled, featuring several new renovations, a full kitchen, a smart TV, washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Full kitchen update in June 2023- brand new appliances and countertop! Guest access The whole place is yours with free parking! Early check in may be available, please just reach out ahead of time and we'll see if we can accommodate. Please inquire ahead of time! This goes with late check-out as well. Additionally, large gatherings and parties are not allowed at our property. If a party is held then a fine will be assessed up to $300. Other things to note Old Southside is an up and coming neighborhood just south of the heart of the city and is still experiencing transformations. It is a popular location on the HGTV show “Good Bones” and you may even recognize some of the homes featured on the show!
