Apartment Tannenzauber with swimming pool and sauna

Lenzkirch is a municipality in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, close to Lake Titisee, Lake Schluchsee and Feldberg. Our 40 sqm apartment is located in Lenzkirch-Kappel in an apartment building with 66 condominiums. Swimming pool, sauna (for a fee) and a fitness/table tennis room with games and books with seating and Wi-Fi access are provided. The space The apartment is designed for two people. It is intended to provide our guests with a friendly place to stay. A double bed (180 x 200 cm) offers sleeping accommodation in a living-bedroom combination and relaxation after an eventful day. With the smart TV, you can receive external services such as Netflix and Disney channels, for which your own login details are required. The apartment has its own Wi-Fi access. The separate kitchen provides the possibilities of self-catering and is equipped with all necessary utensils. We provide bed linen. Towels and kitchen towels are not provided. A locked storage room is not available to guests. Before arrival we need for the tourist tax: - Home address - Name and date of birth of all guests. The cost of the visitor's tax (€2.70 per adult/day; €1.00 children up to the age of 15/ day) are included in the price. Guest access Right next to the house there is free parking and bicycle storage. Shopping in Lenzkirch about 3 km away. The apartment keys are in a key safe. Other things to note New: Konditorei Roters offers a bread roll service.
