The renovated and attractively furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of the holiday villa "Harzer Flair" in an attractive location on the ski meadow at the Braunlage town hall. The apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people on about 49 m². Attention to detail has been a priority in the furnishings, so that the vacation and feel-good factor are in the foreground. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms as well as a friendly living and dining area overlooking the ski meadow. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated in the open living/dining area. The daylight bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet is in a new and extremely well-kept condition. A smart TV and a selection of books can be used for evening entertainment. Travel cot, high chair, step and children's books are available for the little guests of the apartment. The shared sun terrace overlooking the ski meadows is available to all guests of the villa. A communal barbecue is also available. You can safely park your bicycles or skis in the shared garage. The apartment has its own parking space directly on the property. Other things to note An initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tabs or dish soap is included. Other consumables can be purchased directly on site at the supermarket or brought along. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM in our office "Am Amtsweg 1a, 38700 Braunlage." For arrivals after 6 PM, a key safe can be used at the office.
