Completely independent room on the top floor of a building in the center of Rennes. Small but cozy, the room is bright with a view facing south overlooking a beautiful view over the rooftops of Rennes. It has a shower and kitchen area. The toilets are on the landing on the same floor and you will be the only ones using them. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the République metro and buses as well as all the shops and the train station (10 minutes on foot) The space The room has high speed internet access via an Ethernet or wifi socket. On the sleeping side, the 140 cm convertible bed has a quality mattress. Bath towels, sheets, duvet and pillows are provided with the room. There is a cupboard with hanging space to store your belongings. A small folding table with its two chairs are stored there. Side kitchen you have a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine as well as a kettle and crockery (cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery etc.) On the shower side, we provide you with towels as well as shower gel and DOP brand champoing. Guest access The keys will be handed over by hand upon arrival. The apartment being located in the very center of Rennes, it is close to all shops as well as to the Place de la République and its metro station and bus stops. (2 minutes walk) It is also close to the train station (about 10 minutes on foot) the two closest car parks are the Kleber and Charles de Gaules car parks An Intermarché food store is right next door if you need to do some shopping.
