It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room with 55 TV, dining room for 6 people and last but not least the star site of the house, a patio with Jacuzzi for 8 people + BBQ If you like the beach, our villa has access to the Pool & beach of the Emotions by Hodelpa Resort The space Room 1: Queen Bed + A/C + Ceiling Fan + Bathroom Room 2: Full bed + Single bed + floor single Mattress + A/C + Ceiling fan Living room for 6 + 55 inch TV with Neflix. Dining for 6 Beautiful Small kitchen with Full Stove + Oven + Refrigerator + Microwave Patio: Living Room + Dining for 4 + BBQ + Jacuzzi + Bathroom + Small bedroom. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire House (except the machine room) Access to the Emotions by Hodelpa Resort ( Pool & Beach club ONLY) *** Guests can use the main pool of the resort and the beach area, it is not allowed to consume drinks or meals from/In the resort. *** Emotions by Hodelpa has food and / or beverage sales plans (these have an additional cost and are not included in the price or payment of this reservation.) Other things to note *****MUSIC OR NOISE THAT DISCOURAGES NEIGHBORS IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY MONEY BACK******* *****The consumption of drugs is totally prohibited, and smoking Hookah as well, if detected, the police will be called******* *** Jacuzzi does not have a heater*** **** No Parties allowed. **** Maximum capacity: 6 People (children included) In the Dominican Republic, electricity can be expensive. This price includes normal electricity usage with air conditioning available at night. We kindly ask guests to avoid excessive use. Please remember to turn off the A/C when you leave the apartment. As long as electricity is used responsibly, there will be no additional charges. It's normal in Dominican Republic for electric power to cut for short periods of time for these cases the residence has a backup generator.
