Easy drive or short BART to UC Berkeley, San Fran. Kid-oriented yard with basketball hoop, patio furniture, BBQ, and grass; driveway parking. Full access to 2 TVs w cable, Netflix, wifi. The space Our family lives in this home but will be away during your stay, including our 13-year-old, 10-year-old twins, and dog. Very kid-friendly home. Our things will be around the house, including the kitchen. Guest access You'll have full access to our open-concept living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto our back yard, with play space, patio furniture and a BBQ. One bedroom/home office with a full bed (bedroom 1) is upstairs as is 1 full bathroom. Downstairs in fully-converted basement are the other three bedrooms. All bedrooms have windows although they are partially below-ground. Downstairs is carpeted and has playroom/den (with foosball table), full bath with washer/dryer, and 3 bedrooms. Master has king bed and en suite bathroom (bedroom 2). The twins room has two twin beds, one of which also has a trundle bed option, and en suite bath (bedroom 4). The small bedroom has full bed (bedroom 3). Renovated attic (access via staircase from dining room) serves as giant kids play area and has full mattress in a corner under low ceilings- perfect for overflow kid sleeping. (The staircase up into attic is slightly steep and railings wide- very young children should be supervised.) The house can accommodate 10+ kids/adults in beds. Great for one or more families traveling together. Other things to note NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. We do have neighbors and a Ring doorbell and if unauthorized people arrive action will be taken immediately. Reach out to get our ok on having a small number of friends over.
