A lovely fully furnished studio apartment in the heart of Pentridge Village. All the amenities one could need for a short or even long stay. Fully functioning kitchen, washing machine and free car parking. The location is great, with cafes, supermarkets, cinema, all within walking distance. Walk into the heart of Coburg within 10 minutes. There is the tram stop a 5 minute walk away, which will take you directly into the Melbourne City Centre within 20-30 minutes. The space This is a very spacious studio apartment, with a queen bed. It is a ground floor apartment, so access is very easy. It has all the amenities of a self-contained apartment. You can make yourself at home by stocking up the fridge, cooking for yourself and relaxing. Alternatively, Pentridge Village offers a few cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Also, there is a great supermarket, lovely Palace Cinema and Piazza all within the Village. A decent sized bathroom and free parking on site. Guest access An on-site parking spot is included at the back of the apartments, accessed via a locked security gate. Guests can walk into Coburg (10 minutes), where there is an array of restaurants, cafes, fresh markets, bakeries & supermarkets. Access into the Melbourne City Centre is very easy by tram, with the nearest tram stop a 5 minute walk away. Enjoy one of Melbourne's iconic tram rides as you venture into the city (20-30mins). Alternatively, the Coburg Train Station is also not too far away, and it is approximately a 20 minute train ride into the City. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment. Latest check-in is 8pm, this is slightly flexible, but adequate communication is required to arrange the alternate time. An additional charge of $100 will be added if check in is after 8pm and not communicated prior to booking & agreement with the hosts. Jane, the co-host will meet guests on arrival.
