Sítio Vila das Flores - Yellow Bungalow

Sítio Vila das Flores is located in the rural area of Vila Flor, about 10 km from Praia da Pipa, 2 km from Sibaúma beach and Barra do Cunhaú. We have two cottages for rent. (Together they can accommodate up to 10 people) Find peace, security, nature, fresh air, animals and a lot of affection in welcoming our guests. Come enjoy, rest or work from home while taking in the view and the pleasant sea breeze. We live on the property. We offer a breakfast option. The space The Yellow Bungalow is cozy, very ventilated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room is integrated with the kitchen, and we offer a smart TV with streaming channels. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a blender, a water filter and other utensils. We also provide basic products, such as: salt, oil, sugar, coffee, corn flakes, detergent, disinfectant... We offer bed linens, dish and floor towels, face towels and rugs. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (foam), air-conditioning and spaces for luggage and clothes. Going up the stairs, you reach the mezzanine where there is a double mattress (springs), a fan and an incredible view. From the mezzanine, it is possible to access the balcony that provides a beautiful view of the sea and a very pleasant breeze. The bathroom has an electric shower. If necessary, we can lend a hairdryer and iron. Our pool has a fantastic view of the beautiful beach of Sibaúma and Barra do Cunhaú. The Bungalow has a fenced garden, ideal for families with pets. The garden is very large, with trees, flowers, a beautiful lawn. At the entrance, we have a lake with tilapia, where it is possible to fish. And also a mini volleyball court, with net and ball. These spaces are shared with guests from the other chalet. We have another cottage on the property also available for rent (blue house). We live on the property and are available to please our guests and assist in whatever way we can. We have pets: 6 cats, 3 dogs, turtles, goats and chickens. Our animals are in a separate space in the garden of our house. Cats and chickens are gentle and often visit guests. *BREAKFAST* We offer an optional breakfast basket service. We have a washing machine in our laundry room, if guests want to use it, a washing fee may be charged (to be agreed upon). **Bath towels are not included, but if necessary we can offer them for an extra fee (R$ 15 per towel).** *We have partnerships for speedboat, garden, bug, ATV rides and surf and kitesurfing lessons. Guest access Large garden, lake, swimming pool overlooking the sea, parking lots, chicken coop. Other things to note Access to our space is by a dirt road, which passes over wooden bridges. We are in a corner surrounded by rivers, nature and shrimp farms. Having a car may or may not be a basic requirement for those with an adventurous spirit. The nearest shops are on Sibaúma Beach, where there is a supermarket, pharmacy and cafeterias, but they close early, at 8 p.m. After that time, shops are only open in Pipa (10 km).
