The apartment is shared with my 32-year-old son, we are used to the routine of guests, the space is organized, clean and quiet, no parking space available Guest access We have easy public transportation, direct to Butantã Metro and Paulista Avenue, easy access to Raposo Tavares Highway During your stay I'm rarely at home, I work almost non-stop, but my son is always available to guide and interact according to the guest's needs Other things to note We do not have a maid, the house is a common house and everyone must contribute to good organization, maintaining order and hygiene. I do not provide pillows because I think it is very personal and mainly due to COVID (it is better for each one to bring their own). The use and consumption of food inside the room is prohibited, as is the use of shoes inside the house. Do not throw toilet paper or sanitary pads into the toilet. No food is allowed inside the room or on the sofa.
