This is a non-smoking unit. Free parking for two vehicles. There is an initial supply of clean towels, linens, bathroom soap & shampoo provided for guests. The condo is conveniently located in the center of town near shopping, dining, the movie theater and bowling alley. Free shuttle stops (red line and green line) will take you to Mammoth Mountain and The Village are just steps away from the unit. 5-minute drive to the Village Gondola or Eagle Lodge. 15-20 minute drive to Main Lodge. The free town shuttle stop is located directly across from the complex providing easy access to Eagle Lodge, The Village and Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge! Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check-in by lockbox. You will have access to a designated outside ski locker (right next to the unit). You will also have access to the condominium complex common areas which includes the pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, BBQ and laundry facilities. The tennis court, swimming pool, and barbecues stations are available during the summer months. Other things to note IMPORTANT: If you are booking for Mammoth Motocross in June, please read the rules prior to booking: -If you arrive with dirt bikes: No equipment is allowed off or out of trailers. -Absolutely no bike work or cleaning is to be done on site (including within trailers). -No deliveries of fuel will be accepted. -If you have a trailer, you must check in at the office. -Any violation will result in guests being asked to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be provided. Tioga Pass(Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris.
