Guest access The guest will be able to use the entire flat space, with the exception of the box trunk, which is for the host's restricted use. The condominium areas are fully available to guests, and the use of the barbecue requires prior reservation (check availability beforehand) and payment of a usage fee to the condominium, which is not included in the daily rate charged and therefore must be paid separately. Other things to note - The maximum number of guests in the apartment is 6 people (considering adults and children). - It is not possible to accommodate more than this number of people due to the limitations imposed by the Condominium's regulations, under penalty of sanction.
