A cozy, fully equipped house with a fireplace is located in a small quiet village just 50 km from Moscow on the Simferopol highway. Nearby is the village of Melikhovo - the museum-reserve of A.P. Chekhov, Talezh - a holy spring, the estate of the Goncharovs and Davidov Pustyn. Here you can enjoy the silence and comfort of country life. A spacious plot separated from neighbors will allow you to have a romantic vacation! The space Guests have access to the 1st floor of the cottage: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishes, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster... In the bathroom you will find L'occitane cosmetics. The bedroom has high quality bed linen, towels, slippers and bathrobes. Guest access A private territory of 50 acres with forest and garden trees. Barbeque Area The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Bedroom with a queen size bed. A living room with a big table and a fireplace. A bathroom with shower. Fresh air and crystal silence. Within a walking distance there is a village restaurant that serves dishes from trophies brought from hunting or from products from its own farm. Advance reservation of a table is required! You can also order products from the farm. Other things to note ✅No smoking inside the house or on the terrace! ✅During the heating season, be careful: do not cover the radiators, do not dry things in front of the fireplace, and use the fireplace according to the safety instructions you will find in the house. Bonfires on the premises are only allowed in the barbecue area ✅Please do not flush foreign objects, toilet paper, and food scraps down the toilet ✅ Outside, please respect the peace of the neighbors, do not turn on the music and do not make noise after 10pm We would appreciate it if you leave clean dishes: there is a dishwasher in the house for your convenience ✅Treat all property in the house with care.
