This 3 bedroom unit is on 2 floors with the Master Bedroom & ensuite bathroom on the 2nd level. The two main bedrooms are on the first floor, each have an ensuite bathroom. The balcony overlooks the pool & has sun shades for afternoon sun. The balcony has a dining table and also a small 1/2 bath. The complex has a beautiful pool and small gym that all guests have access to. There is also a BBQ that the guest can use, it is located underneath the gym and please ensure you clean it after use. Other things to note Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 23 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart. For example if you use 50 units during your stay at 23 pesos per unit that would total 1150 pesos, which is equivalent to $18 USD. Electricity must be paid in cash at exit.
