Home is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street with 2 lanes, so there is convenient 2-way car parking. Otherwise, we have to decline your booking request. - Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outside the home or on the balcony. - Pets: Not allowed. - Party: You can have a party in the kitchen, in front of the balcony/yard, skylight. No parties in the room, please. - Please clean up the common area after using it for the next user. - No noise after 11:00 p.m. - To prevent fire and explosion, please turn off all electrical appliances after leaving the room. - Drugs, stimulants, laughing balls, prostitutes, weapons, marijuana and strangers who have not registered with the receptionist are strictly prohibited. DAMAGE REPAIR You will have to pay compensation if causing the loss, damage, loss of property and equipment of Homestay. The compensation amount will be calculated DOUBLE the market price of new products of the same type. If you violate the Homestay rules, we will ask you to pay a fine corresponding to the violation.
