You have your own private 2-room Nature Replenishment Suite/ space in our home with separate entrance and bath. We are 20 miles north of Tucson, a 3 acre nature preserve on the flanks of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Pathways throughout, 80+bird feeders, hummingbird and butterfly gardens. Hummingbird feeders surround your private area. MTB-Ride & hike from the doorstep, 40 miles of trail starting right from here! Cannabis friendly. On-site weather station KAZTUCSO539 - The space Your own private space! When you rent our suite, both rooms are yours to use with your own private bath. The Green and Patio Rooms are both yours! Patio Room has the Kitchenette with refrigerator (and twin trundle), Green Room is main sleeping area with a king bed. Use the Patio Room for entertainment or extra guests *IN YOUR PARTY*. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat location. Our property has been restored to native plants throughout and is a sanctuary for man and all the creatures. There are pathways and seating areas throughout our grounds, as well as access to the trails on the mountain! ALL WILDLIFE PHOTOS IN OUR LISTING were taken on the grounds. Private grounds access for you and your group, if no birding guests are scheduled upon your reservation! Guest access Guests have their own suite segregated by a heavy privacy pocket door from the main house. Tea/Coffee station in the Patio Room with 34" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ or stream from your device. Access to all of our grounds and patios … just sit in one of our many natural areas and watch wildlife! There are over thirty chairs located along the pathways and on porches/patios around the house. If you are here for an extended stay, ask about kitchen access. During your stay We are here to make your stay memorable. Garden walks explaining all the plants and bugs are offered at no additional charge. We are on the premises during your stay. Other things to note We are avid outdoor people! We hike and bike the trails around us (over 30 miles accessed right from our door). We will be happy to show the way to the main trail system and explain it to you.
