It is located near the main street of the center of Madesimo, close to shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and just 5 minutes walk from the ski slopes. You can fully enjoy your holiday, without giving up comfort and relaxation. The space The Ruscello Mountain Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests (including children), it has everything you need to make your stay special! It is a cozy 38 m2 studio apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, it has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, pod coffee machine, moka, kettle, toaster and juicer. There is a large table with bench and a comfortable sofa with Smart TV. Behind the sofa, on the wall, there is a comfortable foldaway double bed with mattress and topper. In the bathroom there is a shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. In the basement of the condominium there is a garage and a private storage room, with direct access to the apartment via a lift or externally via stairs. Guest access The Express Check-in option is available (we will not be physically present on site) Check-In Procedure: A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - You will be contacted via Whats app and we will send you a link to pay the tourist tax by credit card (it is not possible to pay in cash). After receiving the payment, we will send you videos on how to access the apartment independently and information for your stay. (It is mandatory that at least one guest has Whats App). ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: - On the morning of check-in, you must communicate to us via whats app message, the expected arrival time in Chiavenna. - Meeting in Chiavenna to verify/register the passports of all guests and collect the access codes. Other things to note Below you will find our optional extra services, which we offer to improve your stay, if you are interested you can let us know when booking, so that we can organize in advance to guarantee the provision: - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request the Early Check-in service which allows you to access early, from 13:00 instead of 15:00, at a cost of €20.00. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request the Late Check-out service which allows you to keep the apartment and garage until 12:00 instead of 10:00, at a cost of €20.00. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request a tidying of the apartment, with change of towels, at a cost of €50.00. - Dogs are welcome at Ruscello Mountain Apartment, their presence must be reported in advance, the expected supplement is €20.00 per day per dog, which also includes extra sanitization at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT among pets, they are allowed with a supplement, only dogs all other pets are not accepted. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: - The Municipality of Madesimo requires the payment of the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night, to be paid before your arrival (cash payment is not possible, we will send you the link to make the payment by credit card). - We remind our kind guests that it is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the apartment, there is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has Whats App to check-in. - Any damage caused to the apartment and/or the condominium will be charged to your credit card.
