Quiet time 11pm-7am The space The property is a spacious 3-storey townhouse and your bedroom is on the first floor with your own private bathroom (with shower/bath) next to it. Kitchen and fridge available for use. Your bedroom is lockable (you'll have your own key for your room and the front door). You'll sleep in an ultra comfortable double bed. Blackout blind at the sound-proof window. There's a desk with chair and chest of drawers for storage. We enjoy a quiet home and a good night’s sleep - if you prefer to stay out til the early hours then sorry but our place isn’t suitable for you. Supplied in your room: your own kettle, free tea, coffee, millk and biscuits. All towels, bedlinen, cosy blankets. Free fast high-speed wifi available. Charger cables and hairdryer available on request. Stretford Metrolink is part of a huge tram network all over Manchester is so easy to access all parts. We are spoilt here! - I provide a free map for you to take with you to explore! If you're in need, Uber Eats etc all deliver here - although there are lots of convenience food and takeaways 5 mins walk and bigger shops in the local Stretford Mall is just a 15 minutes walk away. There’s a lovely cafe in the nearby park 10 mins walk. Unfortunately no access to lounge or TV available. Access to kitchen by arrangement.
