Guest access Full Access. Other things to note *Only four (4) guests. Children over to 2 years old are considered guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Only one vehicle allowed, only one parking spot available. *Emotional Support Animals aren't covered under ADA. *Cameras on premises (front porch) recording video and audio. *Power outages can happen, and our home doesn’t have a backup generator. They’re usually brief, but if reliable power is essential for your comfort, please consider this before booking. *No watercrafts or jet-ski are allowed in the community.
